The site points visitors toward inmate and jail-record resources for Graves County, Kentucky, including local jail pages, court resources, state locators, and third-party research tools.

Kentucky public-record laws, including KRS 61.870 to 61.884 and the booking-photo rule in KRS 61.8746, apply to public agencies as described by those statutes and do not make this private site a government custodian.

Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The invalid part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
